The good folks at the iDC Photo Store have been making & selling rigs to hold your DSL Video camera for a long time. I have not used their products so I am not able to testify to the quality of their product. However any product that pays homage to those crazy Nazi U-Boat commanders immediately piqued my interest.
I can just image what the key grip’s reaction would be to the question “where is the U-Boat commander for this shot”?

Graham, you are killing me with these great devices, suggestions, and generally photography tips. All I know is that I really need to get off of my butt and shoot more with or without the cool gadgets.
